"I regret the arrest today in Moscow - while taking part in the memorial march for Boris Nemtsov - of the Ukrainian parliamentarian and PACE member Oleksii Honcharenko," said Anne Brasseur, President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
"I would like to remind the Russian authorities that, as a member of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Mr Honcharenko benefits from parliamentary immunity, and I therefore call for his immediate release."
