In the draft resolution, paragraph 7, after the words:

"shall be decided"

delete the words:

"or reviewed by a criminal court".

Explanatory note

The draft resolution must confine itself to the affirmation of a number of concerns without calling into question the legitimate and sovereign right of Member States to determine the ways in which they exercise the prerogatives permitted by international law.
