1. Conformément à l'article
6, paragraphes 1 et 4, du Règlement, le Président de l'Assemblée
a reçu des pouvoirs de représentants et de suppléants pour la quatrième
partie de la session ordinaire de 2012 de l'Assemblée, transmis
en bonne et due forme par les autorités compétentes des Etats membres.
2. L'Assemblée est appelée à se prononcer sur la ratification
des pouvoirs des représentants et des suppléants dont les noms figurent
ci-après.
3. L’Arménie a nommé une
nouvelle délégation à la suite d’élections législatives.
4. L’Autriche a nommé
une nouvelle représentante suite à la démission de M. Alexander
van der Bellen.
5. La France a nommé cinq
nouveaux représentants et huit nouveaux suppléants, et une suppléante
est devenue représentante, pour remplacer M. Roland Blum, M. Georges
Colombier, M. Alain Cousin, Mme Annick Girardin, Mme Françoise Hostalier,
M. Armand Jung, M. Jean-Pierre Kucheida, M. Jean-Paul Lecoq, M.
Noël Mamère, Mme Christine Marin, Mme Muriel Marland-Militello,
M. Germinal Peiro et Mme Marie-Line Reynaud, à la suite d’élections
législatives.
6. La Grèce a nommé une
nouvelle délégation à la suite d’élections législatives.
7. La Roumanie a nommé
un nouveau représentant suite à la démission de M. Cristian David.
8. La Fédération de Russie a
nommé un nouveau représentant suite à la démission de M. Nikolay Fedorov.
9. La Serbie a nommé une
nouvelle délégation à la suite d’élections législatives.
10. En cas de réclamation ou de contestation motivée les pouvoirs
contestés seront renvoyés sans débat à la commission appropriée
qui fera rapport à l'Assemblée conformément aux articles 7 et 8
du Règlement.
