Having taken note of Resolution (53) 16 of t h e Committee of Ministers relating to agreements for some form of association with the Council of Europe, contained in the Message addressed by the Committee of Ministers to the Consultative Assembly on t h e occasion of its Fifth Ordinary Session,

Decides to include the following question in its Agenda :

" Participation of European nonmember countries in certain of the Council's activities ",

and refers this question to t h e Special Committee to watch over the interests of European nations not represented in the Council of Europe for its consideration and report.
