Having regard to Article 39 of the European Convention on Human Rights;
Having regard to its Recommendation... on the establishment of the European Court of Human Rights,
Decides:
1 to place the election of the members of the Court on the Agenda of the third part of its present Session;
2 to instruct the Standing Committee, on receipt of the list of candidates for the Court which will be submitted by Member States, and in the light of the opinion of the Legal Committee, to examine the said list and to report thereon to the Assembly.
